Staff Card up-dates when Re-branding & using a new domain name

If your company is re-branding a NEW staff card will need to be set-up - do not alter the old staff card.

1. First check that the new email address in lowercase has an active inbox as a verification code will be sent to that inbox. 
2. Create the new staff card/s - staff will receive Welcome instructions
3. Then go to your Keybook Report by Property or Assets etc to check if staff have their name against an item - if they do, they will need a transfer of management done - you can lodge a ticket with us to do including all the details required. support@logitout.com
4. If they dont then you can deactivate their old staff card once they have validated.
5. If staff have issues validating, please ask them to reach out directly with screen pics etc 


USER ROLES:
1. No User = They do not have a log-in to Logitout but they are still in the team list
2. General User = They have a log-in but cannot edit/deactivate any property/asset/vehicle/staff/settings cards
3. Power User = They have a log-in but cannot access staff/settings modules.
4. Super User = Can access and edit everything

User roles can be changed at anytime but only by a Super User.
