Updating Staff User Roles and Edit

Super Users may edit other staff members user roles by following these instructions:

Note: if a staff member needs a different email address - create a brand new staff card - do not change the existing staff email address.

You can keep an existing email address and change a Users Name to suit as in this example: admin@abc.com.au was used by Tim but now being used by Jenny - just EDIT the staff card and change the First/Last name/Phone and SAVE. Then its simply a password reset at the login page if required. Because this is classed as a GENERIC email it can be retained and re-used.

USER ROLES:
1. No User = They do not have a log-in to Logitout but they are still in the team list
2. General User = They have a log-in but cannot edit/deactivate any property/asset/vehicle/staff/settings cards
3. Power User = They have a log-in but cannot access staff/settings modules.
4. Super User = Can access and edit everything

User roles can be changed at anytime but only by a Super User.
