Quick guide to Validate - Staff Card already created in dashboard
If you know your staff card has been created but have not received your Welcome Email then follow these instructions below exactly:
Note: you need to know if your work email has been created in all lower case or not as the log-in is case sensitive - if our team has created your card then we always use lower case.

- Paste in your browser http://app.logitout.com/#/home/validate/
- Use the following username: (your work email in
lowercase)
- Enter your
desired password (it must have at least one capital letter, one
lowercase letter and a number and symbol)
- Re-enter
your password to confirm
- Click on
"Validate your account"
- You will receive an e-mail with a verification
code. Type this code in the applicable verification prompt box –
always check your spam box for email.
- If you did not get a confirmation e-mail, please
click "Resend confirmation code" (always check your spam box first)
- Once you have validated the code, you are ready
to start using Logitout
