Screen Spinning - Dashboard frozen

After a new release of Logitout your Chrome Browser might need updating or refreshing, please follow instructions below and also review PDF screen shot guide for added help. 
Also try to open your dashboard in Firefox as a test, if no problems, then your Chrome Browser needs updating.
The URL is app.logitout.com

To access the new updated site please try the following:

  • Type Control + F5  (or Command + R  for mac users)
  • Close the tab and/or browser and access the site afresh
  • If these options do not work then please try clearing your browser cache

 The attached document covers the above points and includes current pictures for use with chrome.
