Cannot log-in to dashboard
Please check the list below for possible solutions:
- Are you on the correct URL app.logitout.com
- Dashboard page not responding - see clearing cache guide below
- Your email is in lowercase with no spaces after the email
- Try a Password reset
- If you have never logged in previously you will need to validate - see guide on Validating
- If you think your staff card has not been set-up please speak to your Manager in your office.
