Clearing Cache quickly - CTRL + F5 or CMD + R

Cache build up is very common especially in the Chrome Browsers, you may notice slowness or dashboard not updating, this could mean you need to clean up.
The quickest way is pressing your CTRL and F5 keys together whilst in the dashboard or at the log-in screen.
If you are on a MAC then press your CMD and R keys together.
