Disable 3CX issue in Logitout
If you are using a CX digital phone system this can sometimes affect entries in the What's Out box due to mobiles used against the contact.
The extension 3CX is known to interfere with users
being able to sign keys back into the system.
This is a 3rd party extension.
Download this Fix in the attachment - also speak to your IT Manager if you are unsure.
