Mobile Version for Phones/Tablets via Browser

For the Mobile Barcode reader version on phone or device you need to do the following:

Go to a chrome browser on your phone (safari if apple phone or ipad is ok) – must have internet as its live into your main system.

Type: mob.logitout.com in the browser and then save as favourite or bookmark and should be deleted and refreshed every month to stop cache build-up.

Log- in using your normal validated credentials/password - case sensitive

Once in, you should be asked to “allow camera” – if not go to Settings and/or Privacy Settings to turn on your camera.

Essentially you will be able to do the following:

Scan a key OUT with your camera (only if you have barcoded key tags)  – its very sensitive so don’t hold the barcode key tag to close – it has a good range because it’s your camera. If you dont have a barcode tag to scan you can search/type the code to Log out.

  1. You can type the code or
  2. Scan the barcode code with your camera
  3. View “whats out” box
  4. Search
  5. You cannot scan a key back in using the camera …only search it and use the log-in buttons – pretty easy and visible.

One thing – don’t be super-fast with the scanning action because its syncing live into your dashboard and the camera action is very sensitive.

Also if your internet on your phone is in a black spot or not strong it will be delayed.
