Guide to Using Documents Module for Permanent Key Handover
This module is perfect for keeping a register of keys given over permanently ie: Sale of a property then keys are handed to a buyer never to be returned.
Once a document is created this information is also recorded on a Report, an effective way of keeping a history of disbursed inventory.

Note: The documents module is not linked to other modules.
