Daily Overdue Items Email Alert via Staff Card
You can choose a designated Staff member/s to receive a Daily alert of all outstanding items due back. The email alert is generic and shows borrower details. Only Super Users can access the staff panel to facilitate this.
1. Go to Staff Icon on left of Nav Bar.
2. In the search bar type the name of the staff member you want to receive the daily email alert.
3. From the top dropdown box "Business Contact Type" click into that and you will see selections
4. Scroll down and select "Staff Daily Report" and select
5. Now you should see 2 selections now: Staff and Staff Daily Report (must have the 2 selections)
6. Then Submit at the bottom of the card
