Transfer Managements from Staff member to another Staff member - super user access only

If you have a property manager named against a property/asset you can transfer this to another team member as long as they are classified as a "property manager".
The system will allow you to transfer an entire portfolio from one team member to another in total (splitting will not work - this would need to be done manually inside the card).
TIP: Ensure the staff member is already classified as a Property Manage inside their Staff Card first.

Next go to Settings, inside Setting click TOOLS then Property Management Tools - Transfer Tool

Step 1. Choose the Staff member you wish to remove Properties/Assets from and who you want them to go to and click Transfer button:


Step 2.
The another selection will appear confirming the details, if appears correct then type I Understand in the confirmation box and click Transfer button, this may take a few seconds to initiate:


Once this is done that staff member will no long be against a property/asset card BUT if the property or asset is currently logged out then that detail is still in play so that person may still get any overdue alerts.
