Once codes are created they cannot be deleted for history purposes only re-assigned, this applies to Keys, Assets etc. 

Example: You have a code or tag number 25 and you need to take it off a property or asset card but keep the card active, you would edit the card and "Trash" the Code from the KEY or CODE section of the card - it will then go back into your available list to re-assign to another card.

If you need to deactivate an entire Card the code number would also go back into the available list for re-assignment.

This action is recorded on your Inactive and Key Status reports.
