Adding Photos against Keys and Assets
First, create a folder on your internal Server/Dropbox and start taking photos of your items and save.
Make sure you save them in the smallest size: as example under 300kb.
You can then browse them into Logitout against the Keys/codes of your Property/Asset or Vehicle card.
When uploaded, the photo has a hover ability and will enlarge for easy viewing. Only 1 photo per code line is available.
Note: If you deactivate the card the photo will auto trash this is why its great to have it saved on your own server initially.
