Adding a Property

Click either House icon in Quick ADD box or the House icon on the left Nav Bar.

1. Property Address: The Auto address search is linked with Google Maps. If you want to enter the address manually, click the Show/Edit Details next to the search field. (make sure the Country box is completed ie: AUS)
The Building Name Box is designed for a Property Code or Property Name - this box is searchable.

2. Property Type: Select the relevant Property Type from the drop down box.

3. Property Management Types: Multiple management types can be selected. For example, if you lease the property and the property is also up for sale, both the lease and sale managements can be attributed to the unit. 

4. Managers: Select the staff member/s associated with the property. Multiple staff members can be selected. 

5. Property Internal Notes: Here you can enter any additional information that needs to be noted with regards to the property. These are internal notes only and will not be displayed to any borrowers upon receipt of notifications.

6. Property Notification Notes: Enter any additional information you wish borrowers to see. For example, if there is a specific entry to be used or if they must contact a building manager onsite prior to entering the property.

Then once this page is complete you can proceed to the Key Page
